You can get the same appointments pretty quickly. They listen to you and evaluate your pet. They seem to be caring. If they do not know, they will refer you to someone else.

I have been using him for the past 14 years since we got our chocolate lab.  I like them but they are very expensive, but I think all vets are.  They are good at getting the appointments but once you are there, you will have quite a long wait to get to see the vet.  I might take my dog for a second opinion if I thought there was something seriously wrong with him. 

Sam is a large dog and still a puppy, so he needed some social interaction with other dogs. Every time he goes, he comes home exhausted and happy. Terri, his daycare provider, sends home a report card each day to let us know how Sam played with the other dogs. Crossroads has made our home life much easier now that Sam gets his playtime with his friends. I received ten 3-hour sessions for my money. So, for $11.50, Sam gets 3 hours of playtime with his friends. Crossroads is also conveniently located near the Galleria. I don't even have to make an appointment. I just drop him off on my way to work out in the mornings, then pick him up after I've run a few errands.

Crossroads Pet Professionals has a superb staff and customer support people. They treat the pets very well there. The place is clean and modern and doesn't smell bad. I do feel that my dog gets very good care from them. I think their prices are a little high though.

I felt my animals were well cared for while I was gone on vacation. Overall we received the care from Crossroads that we expected and I felt comfortable leaving my pets with this company.

I have tried other kennel, but they seem to care more about my animal. I feel like they have more interest in my dog, and they keep an eye on him. I would refer them to others for their services.

We had a really good experience with Crossroads Pet Professionals. They have a home based environment with a TV for the dog. I feel I can trust them to take good care of my dog and not just when I'm around. They have a good staff.

Crossroads takes good care of animals. The kennels are clean and neat. The food and water are fresh and my dogs like going there. This company is professional and does quality work but I think the price for their services is a little expensive.
