Dr. Richard Jones and Dr. Hayley Phipps provide canine and feline medicine and surgery in a general practice setting. We offer both appointments and drop-offs for your dogs and cats. Please give us a call at 615-377-4959 for more information and to make your appointment!

He can’t be recommended highly enough. He’s just wonderful. He cares about anything from rats to large-breed dogs. I was 12 when my rat died 20 years ago and he called me to check on me. He knows what he’s doing.

Our poor cat was having blood leak out of his rectum, Richard was able to rule out the issue after several tests. He concluded it was stress related. He then gave him a shot to relieve the stress. The issue has not occurred since. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. The day we took our cat in, it had been very unusually hot. The air-conditioning in the office and exam rooms was not working. The staff had apologized for the uncomfortableness and assured us that their was a sperate air conditioning unit where the pets are so they were comfortable. That to me was so sweet! We will being going back again from now on.

WONDERFUL staff and Dr. Jones is very trustworthy!!! He obviously loves animals and truly wants wast best and most comfortable treatment for his patients : )

Cool Springs Animal Hospital is the best place by far for pet care. I feel very secure in the knowing that my cat is getting expert care there. The staff and technicians are all very friendly. You can tell that everyone loves animals and that is important to me.
