I called his number last Tuesday the fifth of jan 2016 and a guy named Daniel answered, saying he was the owners partner, and I explained to him that I was having a terrible smell coming from my furnace, had seen 30ppm of carbon monoxide on a fluke carbon monoxide meter I checked my furnaces output with and that I was shutting it down and running space heaters until someone could come out and check it out. It is freezing at night, in the 20's and highs in the 40's. This is a 3000 square foot home. He said he would pass the message along.
By late in the after noon on the seventh, I hadn't heard from the guy and called again to try to figure something out since the weekend was coming up and probably wouldn't be able to get anyone out here until the next week if I didn't act quickly with these guys or call somebody else. Daniel answered again after several calls going to voicemail and I asked why no one had called me back. He said that they were booked up solid and extremely busy, and that he had told Duane Enoch that I had called. I asked again why hadn't anyone called me back. I said you mean to tell me that you're so busy that you don't have the time to call me back and let me know that it will be this week or next week or that you haven't forgot about me or whatever. He then tells me that he doesn't think that we would be a good fit, basically meaning I guess that I'm too demanding to think that in the middle of freezing cold weather that someone could at least call me and say something to let me know that I'm not sitting here waiting for days on them to call me back or come out only to find out they lost my number, forgot about me or are too sorry a** to be in business anyway.
I don't know who this guy Daniel is, but he doesn't seem to be of the same kind of man Duane Enoch seemed to be when I talked to him last summer. And if you're too busy to pick up the phone and call someone, how will these guys be over time when you need them. Leave you hanging again like I was today.
