The work was good. They kept the pool clean, performed repairs and maintenance. We had some issues with billing. They weren't able to appropriately post payments, and it was difficult to get them to double check their books. I had to submit documentation to show them I had paid a bill twice. In addition, they threatened to send me to collections while we were working out the discrepancy.

This company does a very good job of keeping my pool crystal clear. Always leaves a door hanger when they leave telling what was done on the pool.

Klear Water has always given me great service in meeting my needs. The staff is very customer oriented and well trained in water quality. I will continue to use them as I have never had any problems.
