 She was also great as she knows the areas so well but unlike many of the local agents she has lived in other parts of the country and so she know exactly whats it like to move to a new area and then to have to swiftly buy a house.

 She was really good at understanding what I wanted and my price range and she did not waste my time showing me houses out of my price range or which were a style she knew I wouldn't like just to make up an afternoon of calls. 

She is also very calm , straight forward and has a terrific sense of humor which made her a pleasure to work with.
