+ -1 moreThey were very helpful in getting the refinanced mortgage because interest rates had gone down. They explained everything so that I could understand. I feel like they gave me a fair shake. I didn't have to pay points or closing costs.
Description of Work: I took out a mortgage at Chase Home Finance. This was a refinance and everything was explained.
