We got a very timely and complete quote from Certi Pro. Everything that would happen was explained up front. Very professional. I had color chips for the original paint so it was easy to match. They prepped and painted the whole house in 2 days. I did need to touch up quite a few spots, since it was mostly dark when they finished and we couldn't see everything well in the final inspection, but that was no big deal. In hindsight, I kind of wish I'd have done a 2nd coat, as it may be a little thin, but that was my choice at the time. Since I didn't change colors, thought 1 would be enough, 2 would have been better. They did the whole job with brush and roller. Workers were friendly, neat and cleaned up well. Would use them again.

"I am very sorry that this customer was not totally happy with his project. I really do not understand the C rating as we have done at least 6 jobs for this customer and he continues to call us back. By the way, we received sub par scores from him several times. If the work is not up to his standards, I guess that makes me wonder why he calls us back. As the owner of this company, I can tell you that we have gone above and beyond for him. We have provided free work that was not on the scope (which seems to be a common theme). If the rating is based on us wanting to be paid for the work that we do, then there is not much I can do about that. If other issues exist, all he has to do is call and we will correct. We stand behind our work and are proud of our reputation for quality."

CertaPro takes pride in providing good customer service. It is something they base their business on, but I got to experience it first-hand. I had the entire exterior of my house painted by CertaPro. There were a few hiccups after the fact, due to some miscommuncation, which resulted in my entire house needing to be painted a second time. Not only did CertaPro cover the cost, but the owners of CertaPro were very diligent in communicating with me to ensure that I was very happy with the end-result. Everything turned out great. They did great work with the paint-job itself, but the customer service is what really makes them standout. Their pricing is also very competitive which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend them to others for any painting needs.

The Certa Pro team was very responsive and professional. We had family coming in from out of town and were working with a quick time frame. Not only were they able to do just that but they made my kitchen walls and the windows they painted look brand new. We usually paint rooms in our home but we have a large kitchen and large windows and felt like it would be best to have a professional do the job. It was a lot of work and we are so happy we had professionals to do the job. The price was not inexpensive but for the amount of work done, it seemed fair. We will definitely work with them again for the bigger jobs around our home.

Mike at Certa Pro Brentwood responded to our 1st inquiry quickly, visited our home and provided an estimate within a week. The painter arrived at our hose on a Monday morning and finished the job flawlessly by noon the following day. The color was an exact match to our request, the work quality was excellent and the painter was a really nice guy! This is the 3rd job that we've used Certa Pro Brentwood (used Certa Pro in Dallas on 2 previous homes) with all 3 jobs turning out perfect.

Very responsive and thorough estimate. The team arrived when they said they would and completed the painting in a timely fashion. They were very neat and cleaned everything well each day. The only problem we had was that one window sill and frame was forgotten. It took several weeks for Certa Pro-Painters to come back and finish this little error. Overall, we were pleased.

The initial result looked fine, but we then began to notice that many shortcuts had been taken; light switch covers crooked and replaced while paint was still wet, cabinet doors put on slightly crooked, etc. Then a few months after the job, paint started to wear off, especially on some interior doors. Certa Pro promised follow-up, but they essentially never did. They did not return calls as promised, and just kept putting us off. Eventually we called their national office, and the local franchisee called us. But then we got back into the same cycle of them putting us off. We finally just gave up.

The only problem I had with them was a problem with the paint color and I did not like the paint color we ended up with, and that was just a communication problem; I think it was a bit of a language thing with the paint color but it was already purchased and I couldn’t change that. It was not really resolved to my satisfaction but I like the paint color now. The workmanship was excellent. The workers were excellent; they were very friendly and very courteous. They knew what they were doing. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

CertaPro scheduled an in-home estimate very quickly. They showed up on time, or maybe even a few minutes early. They called ahead so I new when to expect them. Mike gave a very thorough inspection of the work to be done and then provided a detailed quote while on-site. He also gave me a detailed description of what to expect if I hired them. Once I hired them, they put me on the schedule and gave me an estimate of when the work would be completed. The project manager called to setup the actual work a couple of days in advance. It was in the general time frame they had estimated originally. Jose and Alex showed up and went right to work. They were very professional and polite. Everything was left neat and orderly every night. They performed exterior wood repair and painting. They also painted an interior room and ceiling and repaired some tape joints. The work was not finished on a Friday - so they showed up and spent almost all day on a Saturday completing the work. These guys worked extremely hard! We love the work they did and would not hesitate to use CertaPro again. They weren't the cheapest option but they did a wonderful job. Many times, you get what you pay for. I feel the investment I made in CertaPro was definitely worth it.

The quote was $400 lower than all others we got. It was our first experience using Certapro, and we were very happy. They used the products we wanted (Sherwin Williams paint). The job was finished in 2 days as promised. The painter was very pleasant and professional. The only downside with Certapro is to get started you call a main corporate number and then wait for the local office to call you back, but we will definitely use them again!

Certa Pro Painters was great. They came early every morning and worked steady. The color is an off white and looks wonderful. These guys cleaned up all their tools and left our yard neat after they were finished.

Certa Pro Painters did not use their best effort. They were very messy, too. I even had to have them come back to fix things. I am not very happy with their work.
