 + 0 moreI can not start my work without those reports. The contractor has NOT paid the engineer or surveyor.
Description of Work: I paid for engineering and survey work to be done before starting a remodeling job. That work got done, but I never got the reports because the contractor (Bill Chapman) took my money and did NOT pay the engineer or surveyor.
