I was not happy at all with the job that was done.  I've heard things about this jeweler for years but thought I would take a chance since my job was small and nothing out of the ordinary.  I was wrong.  The work was poor and I had to go back several times to have it corrected.  I eventually took my jewelry elsewhere. Never was offered an apology even after the 3rd trip.  Would definitely not recommend this business.

I dealt with them several years ago and I thought they were okay. They are nice, but they don't solve the problem. They try to play up to the fact that I am a woman. I told them the length of the wrist band needed to be decreased, which they had not done. They dropped the ball five different times and I was furious with them. They did a really bad job. They got my Swiss watch wet inside and said that they put another movement in the watch. They took a perfectly good watch and caused problems. The watch was fine when I took it in. All they needed to do was put a new gold band on it. I expect a jeweler to be meticulous. They did not pay attention to detail, they scratched the watch, and even after I took it back twice they never fixed the problem. I would never ever go back. I have dealt numerous jewelers in the past and I have never had a problem like this. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau.
