Blue Company

A termite inspection revealed that damage to a downstairs, westward facing back door was not caused by termites, as originally we had suspected, but rather due to poor initial construction by the builder.  Interior trim elements were originally used to frame the door, which is exposed to the brunt of rain and wind storms being northwestern facing.  We called Tanner Shetler at Blue Company as he had done work for us previously (in 2004) and had done an excellent job.  Tanner inspected the door and recommended full replacement of the door and frame.  He purchased a metal, rot-resistant door and a frame designed for areas with rain exposure, also rot-resistant.  The door arrived within one week of our initial bid and deposit payment and the work was completed within two days after that.  Despite several rainy days interfering with painting, the door was replaced and painted to match the existing outside trim work with quality work.  We are planning to use Tanner and Blue Company for another remodeling job in the next few months and can highly recommend his services.
