Excellent. John Blair is efficient, knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

I've reviewed Blair Garage Door before and as stated, I hired John again. In our new house, one of the garage doors was making a lot of creaking and popping sounds going up and down. I left John a message on Saturday and he called me back the next business day. He arrived 2 days later and after a few adjustments, the door is smooth and quiet. John doesn't try to nickel and dime and doesn't charge a fee just to show up at your house. Very honest and reasonably priced. I will always use him for any garage door repair.

John Blair was prompt and courteous. He replaced our garage door opener after trying to repair our existing one. I would HIGHLY recommend Blair Garage Door

John came out at the exact time he said he would arrive. He spent about 35 minutes working on the doors and repaired them.

I've had John out twice over the last few years to fix problems from a contractor that did a lousy job installing the doors in the first place. He was very fair with his price. I wish I knew of his company before

I called because my electric garage is only partly working for reasons unknown.  After explaining what was going on, as opposed to saying "it will cost this much for me to come", he said I will tell you how to fix it for free.  He explained to me what was happened and how to fix it!  Took me 5 minutes and it now works correctly.  Thank you so much!!!  You could have easily said sure I will come fix it, which would make you money, which is what you want, but for something that was a simple fix, you explained clearly that there was no need to be charged for something that was a quick fix for me.  THANK YOU!  I would and will recommend you and definitely keep you number.  :)

Mr. Blair was punctual, full of personality and completely professional. The service took less time than anticipated and the garage door works better than my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone as well as use again. Completely satisfied!

Called him at 1 pm and he was finished fixing my garage door by 4:00. Extremely nice, professional, and courteous.

Well, all of the other Angie's Lists reviews were right - John is sensational!  Easy to schedule, very professional, and gets it done right.
Our garage door was not closing all the way, stopping partway and opening again.  I contacted Blair Garage Door and John was able to make a visit same day to check it out.  On the first trip, we could not replicate the problem.  But John evaluated the systems and checked everything, but all looked ok.  The service call was a very reasonable $55.
Of course, an hour later it was acting up again and we sent him a video.  He quickly identified the problem and said the opener needed to be replaced.  We decided to replace both since they were same model and fairly old.  John came out three days later on a Saturday and completed the work and actually gave us a credit for the initial service call - which was unexpected.
It was the little things that really made the difference in working with Blair Garage Door.  John was very knowledgeable and took time to explain our system and what he was going to do.  He replaced the key pad, sensors and the wall unit openers - which made everything look very nice.  John even took the time to program both of the garage doors for each of our cars. 
Hard to believe that replacing a garage door opener could be such a positive experience.  I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend Blair Garage Door.

I called Brentwood Garage Door Repair based on the recommendation of a friend, and that company came out and estimated the repair cost at $180.00 (with $40.00 of it including a 30-day warranty).  I knew that was too much, and Blair Garage Door had great ratings so I called and he was in the area and came in about an hour.  Had it fixed in about 10 minutes and charged us $65.00.  Very nice man, efficient and honest.  We will definitely use him again if needed.
