+ -1 moreCommunication never happened. Dropped off machine. Said they would call with estimate of cost of repair. More than a month later I had not received a call. I stopped by shop today and it was done. Clerk stated, I guess I forgot to call..... Needed the machine when work was done. The repair was accomplished and I appreciated the work. Just wish they had let me know it was done.

+ -1 moreIt went fine. I just took the machine in, the man fixed it, and I picked it up. It took a few weeks, but it was worth it.
Description of Work: The very nice man at Bernina fixed my old sewing machine. I was very happy because I wasn't sure it could be fixed. He even found a part that was broken that made it work better than it had all the time I've owned the machine.

+ -1 moreThe owners, Patrick and Cathy, are extremely courteous and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the Bernina line of machines, having years of experience selling and servicing them. I am taking general classes to familiarize myself with my machine, and plan to take lessons using the embroidery feature on my machine. They provide lots of personal attention and are very nice.
Description of Work: This company sells Bernina Sewing Machines, and a large variety of supplies for all types of sewing projects, including quilting, machine embroidery, craft projects, etc. They also offer classes free of charge to customers who have purchased a sewing machine from them. Classes are also offered for a reasonable charge to those who have purchased their Bernina machine elsewhere, and who want to learn about their particular machine, or take part in specialized classes.
