Communication never happened. Dropped off machine. Said they would call with estimate of cost of repair. More than a month later I had not received a call. I stopped by shop today and it was done. Clerk stated, I guess I forgot to call..... Needed the machine when work was done.
The repair was accomplished and I appreciated the work. Just wish they had let me know it was done.

It went fine. I just took the machine in, the man fixed it, and I picked it up. It took a few weeks, but it was worth it.

The owners, Patrick and Cathy, are extremely courteous and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the Bernina line of machines, having years of experience selling and servicing them. I am taking general classes to familiarize myself with my machine, and plan to take lessons using the embroidery feature on my machine. They provide lots of personal attention and are very nice.
