We used PRUDENTIAL WOODMONT REALTYwhen we were looking for a realtor and we use them for our property management. Jane Gavin, who works with them is very helpful.

I went with them as Jane Gavin is a brilliant person, nice customer service, very helpful and a brilliant rep.

Cece Wyant was our agent from Prudential. I could not have asked for a better agent. My wife and I were very picky and she always came back with new opportunities when we could not find something to our liking. She helped negotiate a great deal on a house and then helped walk away from it after the home inspection turned up some major areas of concern. She then quickly gathered more houses for us to look at. We settled on another and had a terrible time dealing with the sellers. A relocation company had bought the home from an employee and were slow and unresponsive. Cece was on top of it the whole time and kept me informed every step. After the home inspection, the sellers agreed to repairs. Unfortunately either the relo company or the listing agent (Coldwell Banker) did not follow up and our closing kept getting delayed as we were told repairs were done and then found not to be on the walk thru. Cece did several walk thrus with us and made sure to elevate the problems at the selling agents home office until it was finally resolved.
I will say that this purchase was long and frustrating but I am glad that Cece was there to help along the way. She has been the only consistent, reliable person I have been able to count on for what she says during this long moving process. I would highly recommend her for buying and selling. She is professional and caring.

Barbara went above and beyond in helping us find our new home. She even met with us out of state to establish our working relationship. She showed us many homes, helped us narrow our options, and met with us at short notice as needed. Her flexibility was important to us because we were house hunting from a long distance and our time in Tennessee was limited.
Barbara's network of contacts helped us get all the inspections, mortgage, insurance, and other services we needed. One call to Barbara really took care of everything!
