They were great.. i was able to get my water system put in almost immediately. It works perfectly. My water quality is excellent. The installer was professional and able to answer all my questions. The company owner was clear about explaining how my system works.

Enjoying the product so far

Both Bill and Chris are very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions. They were the first company I called and from the way Bill explained the system, I told my husband I would buy from them. But, we had to continue investigating other companies and systems. We decided on my first pick because when Chris showed up and explained the system to my husband he was sold. While installing my husband was very impressed with Chris and his work. The fact that my husband talked about saids a lot. After the install was complete, Chris told gave me the same info he gave my husband concerning the next steps we should take to get the system working it's best. The softness you feel in the water is immediate and has continued to get better. Within about a months time we should really be getting the best water from the system. We have been drinking bottled was for the past year and this morning I drink my first glass from the faucet. Very good, if it wasn't i wouldn't be drinking it. Funny thing, my husband said Chris was to laid back when he first got to our house. Once the conversation started, my husband was sold. Also, no other company told us their pricing had not gone up for a long while. On top of that if we did not like the water, they would take it out and give us a full refund. We are happy about our choice.

This company is as easy to work with. Provided pretty good detailed pricing information. Scheduling was easy. Didnâ t overwhelm me with too much information like one company did.

Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. We had our Water Filtration System replaced.
