When I left the car, I told them exactly what test I wanted done, because I understood the problem and just couldn't find the leak without a smoke tester machine.  They called three hours later, telling me that they'd run their diagnostic tests and that my car needed several repairs.  I smelled a rat, because several of the parts they wanted to replace were less than six months old.  They had not done the test I asked for.  I insisted they do the test I wanted, and they called back once it located the leak.  I had them fix the leak, but not do the other repairs they claimed it needed.  I didn't think to look at the itemized bill when I picked the car up.  When I did so later, I found that they'd charged me $100 for the tests I had not authorized.  I called the owner of the company (Alan Akin), who told me "Tough, I'm not refunding it."  The other parts they wanted to replace haven't failed in the 10,000 miles since.

I felt like this company was too pricey. It also took a little longer to get my car back. The company was fairly close to their estimates. They completed the work when they said they would.
