I want to share how fantastic my experience with Acadia Shutters has been. My Husband and I were new to this part of the country and I reached out to Acadia because of a flyer I received in my mailbox. Well I have to say, I was fortunate enough to call and reach Ben Stephens. He has been wonderful every time I have spoken to/worked with him. Ben made the experience so easy (and fun!), during a very difficult time of transition. He explained the product and process in detail, and I was very comfortable in understanding exactly what I was getting. I learned a lot about shutters! Then when John Estep came to install the shutters, he did a masterful job. We were SO grateful for the final product; the shutters are absolutely beautiful! We are now working with Acadia again to finish our upstairs windows. Thank you, Ben and John, for a wonderful experience. And we get to enjoy the beauty of our windows every day!

It took several weeks to get made but the wait was worth it products look great.

We are hiring again Ben and John Estep to completely install plantation shutters on the remainders of our windows. I had 2 other companies come to install blinds. They were not custom and had issues and they took them back. I called Acadia, and I am so glad I did. Creed and John were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job. I am extremely happy with my blinds.

It went very well, from the initial consultation by Ben, through the installation by John. Ben did a great presentation of the product, was enthusiastic and straightforward. He didn't try to 'sell' me anything, but he was honest and made a professional presentation, far superior to the four other quotes I solicited. When the product was complete, John performed an excellent and professional installation. It was a great team effort for the delivery of a quality product. Ben communicated with me during the entire process and timely returned each phone call to answer any question I might have had -- great job guys. Couldn't be happier with the shutters -- they look great!

It went so well. My experience of Acadia Shutters (specifically Ben Stephens' and John Estep) was nothing but positive. The initial consult was scheduled quickly, and Ben came equipped with samples of every option imaginable, which would have been cumbersome, however, he really simplified it. He was very knowledgable and mindful of budget. The install happened when he said it would and was also very seamless. They even called after install to make sure I was happy with it. Had an outstanding experience with Acadia Shutters! Ben, my consultant, was extremely helpful and friendly - from helping me select window treatments for multiple rooms to keeping me updated on their status. John, who did the installation, was a whiz. And the products are gorgeous - they have really transformed our decor. The quality and service make it well worth the fair, but not necessarily cheapest, price.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ben knew exactly what he was doing when he measured for my shutters (in an 80 y/o) house. The shutters arrived at the time promised and they are beautiful, heavy wood custom made. John the installer arrived as promised. Pleasant, polite and took everything blocking the windows in stride. The installation was flawless and my shutters are the perfect finishing touch on my new home. I couldn't be happier!

Ben come out to our home and gave us an estimate before even leaving. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of his products. We places our order that evening and within 4 weeks our Blinds was delivered and installed. John was super friendly and got the job done in just under an hour. I highly recommend this company for your blind and shutter needs!! A++++

Overall it could not have gone any better. Fantastic experience, exceeded all expectations. I so love it when I find a company and all the lead personnel that are just what you would want them to be. Makes you want to buy more from them and tell all you know how great their product and service is. Would never consider buying shutter or blinds from anyone else. And the price was right with other on line suppliers that do not have any service.
