FROM THE START, JONATHAN AND HIS TEAM WERE GREAT! THE INSTALL AND OPERATION WAS WELL EXPLAINED.. THEY HAD A PLAN AND EXPERIENCE TO TRAIN MY YOUNG HIGH ENERGY BLUTICK COON HOUND TO ADAPTING TO IT'S NEW SAFER LANDSCAPE. SHE PRESENTED A FEW CHALLENGES BUT THEY WERE PERSISTENT AND PATIENT AND OBVIOUSLY WELL EXPERIENCED WITH THIS ENTIRE PROCESS. FOLLOW UP AND COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT AND OUR GOAL WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY KNEW THAT TRAINING THE OWNER HOW TO MAKE THE BEST OF THIS SYSTEM WAS CRITICAL. COULDN'T BE MORE SATISFIED. GREAT SYSTEM AND PEOPLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
