Warning to anyone doing business with him or planning to use him for any work: Troy took my large deposit for a new metal roof back in March, cashed it, and spent the next 5 months delaying the job and fabricating intricate reasons to keep us on the hook without ever actually starting the job. No work was EVER done. He now refuses to give back the money and he is unable to provide any proof that he even used our deposit to buy any actual roof materials. It has become clear that this man is a deceitful and untrustworthy person. He now has criminal charges being brought against him.

After calling for a replacement gutter estimate one day, Mr. Rutledge came the next day and gave his estimate. i told him to go ahead and do the job, which they promptly did. i had been waiting for months for another person who had given an estimate, but i finally gave up waiting and called Rutledge. Mr. Rutledge was extremely prompt, courteous, professional.

They were just wonderful. They made time to come out and help me out. I would rate them highly, and I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
