I purchased my trailer from Vance. Since I was several hundred miles from Bristol, Vance spent a good deal of time with me on the phone to make sure that I would get the parts I would need, he expedited delivery to me, then made sure I had all the information I need to do the repairs myself. I was able to do the repair in about two hours. Vance went well beyond what I would have expected from a dealer. I had an estimate from a dealer in Anderson for nearly $1000.00. I saved $ 750.00 and the two weeks they wanted to do the repairs.
