Bluff City Marble

We originally ordered a similar product from another vendor but MANY problems arose. The product was eventually delivered (very late - almost two months after ordering) and was damaged. We got a refund. We visited Bluff City Marble and talked with them and picked out the carerra marble. Todd Duncan arrived the next day to measure and told us we would have the product the following week. It actually came a day early and was installed a day early. I am very pleased with the shower. If I didn't know it was cultured marble I would not know it was the real thing. Same look and feel as real marble but much easier to clean. We are overjoyed with how the product looked and the magnificent service Bluff City Marble provided. They arrived on time, had all the tools necessary for the installation, and cleaned up when done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I will certainly use them for future projects.

I HAVE TO BRAG ON THE ENTIRE CREW AT BLUFF CITY MARBLE!!! YES, THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT MY HOME! I WAS VERY PLEASED AND NICELY SUPRISED AT HOW GOOD THE JOB TURNED OUT AND AT HOW PROFESSIONAL THE CREW WAS. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, HAD ALL THE MATERIALS THEY NEEDED AND CAME TO WORK! WASTED NO TIME IN DOING THE JOB. I HAD MY MASTER BATH UP-DATED! MY SHOWER WAS COMPLETELY REPLACED AS WELL AS MY DOUBLE SINK/VANITY! I CHOSE A MARBLE WITH A TAN COLOR RUNNING THROUGH IT. PAINTED MY WALLS THE SAME TAN COLOR. ALSO INSTALLED NEW FAUCETS- THE OIL RUBBED BRONZE. I ALSO HAD THE MEN INSTALL THIS SAME MARBLE AROUND MY GARDEN TUB. GOSH- I WAS SO PLEASED WHEN IT WAS COMPLETE! TOOK ABOUT THREE DAYS AND I WAS JUST THRILLED! IT CHANGED THE ENTIRE LOOK OF MY BATH! I LOVE IT. AND THE CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. THERE WAS NO MESS LEFT FOR ME TO WORRY ABOUT WHICH WAS GREAT!!! I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. BLUFF CITY MARBLE ALSO DID MY SISTER-N-LAWS BATHROOM ALSO. AND HER,S LOOKED GREAT TOO. SHE CHOSE THE GRAY/WHITE MARBLE. AND SHE WAS VERY PLEASED ALSO!!! I EVEN SENT THEM TO MY MOTHERS HOME. THERE MY MOM HAD ALL HER BATHS UP-DATED. ALL THREE OF THEM WERE SO GREAT. IT CHANGED THE LOOK AND FELL OF HER WHOLE HOUSE! SHE WAS VERY THRILLED!!! I SURE WOULD RECOMEND MR. WARREN AND BLUFF CITY MARBLE TO ANY ONE! IF YOU WANT GREAT WORK AND VERY NICE PEOPLE PLUS A TERRIFIC JOB--- THIS IS WHO YOU SHOULD CALL!!! I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN INTHE FUTURE FOR MY OTHER TWO BATHS!!! AND LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT!!!! MY THANKS TO ALL OF THEM!!!!

THEY GAVE ME A TIME ON WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE TO BEGIN THE JOB AND THEY WERE THERE RIGHT ON TIME. VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL! THE JOB WENT GOOD FROM START TO FINISH!!!! AND I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE JOB I GOT ! MY JOB TOOK TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE BUT THEY HAD ADVISED ME OF THIS FROM THE FIRST TALK WE HAD! I AM VERY PLEASED WITH ALL PARTS OF THIS RE-MODEL!!!! AND NOW, I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL BATHROOM TO LOOK AT EACH DAY!!! THANKS GUYS!!!! GREAT MATERIALS AND A LONG LASTING QUALITY!!!!
