When we decided to fix the heating and cooling unit of our detached apartment, I called my nephew in Maryland who owns a heating and cooling company. He knew we are elderly and that we might be taken advantage of so he called 5 HVAC companies in the area and finally found one that he approved. He was looking for a company that charged time and materials. NOT EASY TO FIND he told me. The company he approved IS Mize Heating and Cooling Company. I will forever be grateful! Jacob, the owner’s son came out and from start to finish comported himself in a totally professional manner with the personal touch that made me want to help them market this amazing company. I’ll be doing that into the future. You rarely find such upstanding, outstanding contractors in this space. We got lucky thanks to my nephew!
