Called for service on an electrical problem with a ceiling fan. Luminous responded and was able to diagnose problem and install a new fan. Technician was very professional and completed all work efficiently. I would definitely contact for any future work.

This was probably the best experience we have ever had with any type of contractor for home repairs or upgrades. Josiah is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and affordable. Initial quote was free and from that point forward he was very communicative and prompt on his next visit. He even worked during his off hours to accommodate our schedule. Replaced an circa 1957 wall oven in our home and he completed the wiring upgrade and the resizing of the wall to fit the new oven. Couldn't be happier. We are in the process of upgrading our home for selling in the very near future. We are having him back to review the remainder of the old electrical in the home prior to any future inspections. Highly recommend this company.

I bought a fixer upper and there were a myriad of issues including electrical. Josiah came in and patiently talked with me as we walked thru the issues and the options to fix the issues. He offered me 3 different options. The first estimate included only things that 'had' to be done to be safe. The second estimate included the items from the first list plus the things that should be done sooner rather than later, and finally the last was an estimate that included all the items we discussed (including the things, that could wait). I appreciated having the estimate broken down like this, I choose to do everything all at once, and his estimate was very reasonable. He was able to do the work within a week of accepting the estimate and the work was done timely. Josiah was very polite and always kept me in the loop of the job and any issues found and what steps could be done. I will be keeping Josiah's number, for any future jobs and for referrals to friends.

This is a young gentleman but is knowledgeable. Outdoor outlet had quit working. He ran new wiring, installed new outlet to replace the very old one, and installed a very nice outdoor cover over the outlet to protect it. He works very fast. He didn't waste a second. He cleaned up after he was finished. He is very polite. Charges were reasonable for what he did. I believe he is truthful. I will call him again if/when needed
