It went great. I could not have asked for more. Pam and David were great to work with. They made great suggestions as to materials; suggested good suppliers; coordinated the entire job which involved at least 4 specialties; All this with a minimum involvement in my time. All I did was pick out the materials I wanted based on selections that provided that were based on my specifications. When issues came up, then handled it. In short, I got just the job I wanted, no hassle, great quality, at a reasonable price. They gave upfront firm quotes on everything; performed the job on time. Quality was great. Easy to work with. Pam went above and beyond by searching out just the right materials to use for back splash that fit everything together. When I called, they either answered the phone or called right back. What is not to like?
countertops along the edges in some places. Also, the guy got residue on my kitchen floor which was hard to clean up. No tarp down or anything.Oh, woe are we!!
"We have been proudly serving the area for 20 years with the goal to offer alternative solutions to expensive kitchen cabinet replacement. While our solutions don't involve the mess and expense of tearing out and putting in new cabinets, we do address the problems and do our best to make those as near new as possible depending on the service purchased. In this case the customer wanted to keep her existing cabinets, we preformed the finish restoration process on the wood cabinets. Over years of use wood cabinets are exposed to grease, steam, water, grime and lots of wear and tear from daily use. At the time of the sale the customer had expressed that they only wanted the worst places done. We explained that we did not do partial jobs due to the fact that the areas repaired would be inconsistent with the areas that were not done. The owner and employee preformed the standard procedure for the tune-up and finish repair. The customer has commented that they are pleased with the work the owner had done, the main part of the job being the finish repair. To address the comments about the employee, the owner daily arrived with the employee, was with him mid day and at the end of the day (min). The owner also was on the job site a big portion of the 2nd day and alone the day he returned the following week to address the concerns. We allowed the sunglasses as they served the purpose as eye protection and also request by the employee for a medical condition in which we had also verified. When the customer expressed her opinion to us we had explained the situation. The concerns were also addressed and documented with the employee. According to our records this job was in Sept of 2012, and the owner returned to the customers house the following week to address the same concerns that have been stated. While there he also performed some extra services at the customers request. It is always our goal and intentions to finish every job and have the customer satisfied. We are disappointed that 13 months later, after the customer told us there concerns, the owner personally returned to the job and the customer had said they were satisfied, that they are now expressing frustration."
"We were very pleased with how this kitchen turned out. The colors and styles chosen complemented each other very well. The customer was plesant to work with and we too feel this came together well. This was a "redooring" project. The customer was able to control part of the cost by preparing the base of the cabinets. Another service we also offer is Refacing. In this application we apply high grade veener to the cabinets that match the color of the custom door and drawer fronts that are choosen. When complete it looks as if the cabinets have been replaced. Either of these choices are less mess and expense to ripping out and replacing cabinets. It is our goal and selling point that we are in our customers kitchen as little as possible. Each kitchen is unique and the job is often plan as you go to acheive the best result. Much of the work we are able to: order, receive the shipment, inspect, prepare, and assemble in the shop prior to arriving on the job site. This greatly helps with trash and packing materials. Other components require drying and curring time, therefore leaving laps in time. Our ultimate goal is to produce an end result the customer is pleased with, in a resonable time frame. We were able to return to the job and correct the oversite. We are thankful when customers let us know, rather than letting a small problem overshadow enjoying their kitchen. We appreciate this customer taking the time to comment and offer us a good grade!"
