J & M Heating & Cooling

This company is one of only a few that service Mitsubishi Mr. Slim units. I have been trying to get them to come out for a service call for over two months. I received sporadic return calls stating they would and quot;do their bestand quot; to get to me. So, after two months of trying, I gave up and contacted Tri Cities Heating and Cooling who were WONDERFUL!

They are great, I'd recommend them to others.

terrible.....we had them install a unit into our new home. They didn't show up when they said they would....kept putting us off. We took the advise from out contractor on where to install the return in our home. We later found out that the return was put in the worse possible place it could have been put in. After speaking to Jand M, they said they knew this was not a good place to put the return, but instead of advising us of this, they installed it anyway. They are the professionls, not myself. If they knew this was a bad place, why didn't they tell us before it was installed. This just tells me they cared more about the money than their customers. They told us they would come back and put it in a better place so our light bills would not be so enormous and so the unit would not run itself to death. They are yet to do so. I have dealt with this company for over 15 years, but after this experience, I WOULD NOT recommend them to do any work again. A professional would have advised us what would be best in reference to installing the heat pump.....a crook just wants your money and doesn't care if you have problems after the fact. Which would you believe they are?

Started with a quote, on the spot. All other companies had to "get back to me". Job start was delayed a couple day due to another job, but once started it was completed the same day. No billing until after the TVA inspection and no money up front.

Great, my old unit was terrible. They installed a new one, gave me a rebate from the company, and were great to work with.
