Jereme installed a new water pressure valve and a pressure tank for my water heater. He was very professional and on time.
The communication was great and he either answered my calls or called back very quickly. Very nice person and answered all my questions. I would use him again on any plumbing jobs at my home. I

we called Jeremy and scheduled a time for him to come look at our problem. he phoned ahead before arriving, was punctual. Jeremy is very courteous, clean, professional and his prices are honest and  reasonable  . we are very pleased with every aspect of our experience with him. we will be using Jeremy for all our plumbing needs.

Jereme showed up as scheduled. It did not take him long to figure out what the problem was. The

price was very reasonable given the amount of time it took to repair the faucet. I have a rather fancy

faucet with large high spout - so not an easy system to work on. This was the most pleasant experience

I have had with plumbers. He did not try to sell anything. He told me right away that I did not need

a new faucet as I was think I might since we have had this one twenty years. I will definitely use him

again for any plumbing needs, I felt that I could trust him.

He was on time and ready to work. It took him about 5 minutes to "size up" the problem. Then he quickly made the repair (cleaning and re-gluing two plastic pipes and extending and replacing the seal). He cleaned up the area, checked it out and reported the results. He was professional and honest. He completed the job in about an hour.

Had a leak showing up in the basement that turned out to be a bad toilet gasket. Jereme replaced the gasket and inspected other gaskets in the house. Coordinating the appointment was easy and Jereme was very punctual.

Showed up at the scheduled time, was efficient, and fixed the problem completely. The room was spotless when he left.

He is prompt, neat, and vibrant. He comes when he says. His wife is fantastic on the phone. He is very reasonable. I have used him thrice last year and he is very quick.

The scheduling of the service went smoothly. Mr. Grisenti was very prompt, in fact he arrived at the residence before me, and I was early. He checked the toilet, fixed it immediately (something to do with the chain). He then checked the water heater and found no problems. He explained to me that it was a small heater (30 gallon) He told me what I could do to help with the water flow. When I got home, I realized I didn't have a clue as to what he had told me. I called and left a message, and also sent an email. He called me back with the information. He then gave me his cell phone number in case I was still confused. He was very courteous, and patient with me. As a 62 year old widow, with no experience in this area, his expertise and kindness was appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was my first experience with Angie's list and I really didn't know what to expect. He is a professional from head to toe. Thank You Mr. Grisenti!

Kitchen sink was clogged Thursday evening. Grisenti Plumbing was highly recommended independently by two co -workers as I asked around for a good plumber at the office on a Friday morning. Jeremy was able to come that afternoon (which was a relief, given we were looking at the likelihood of a weekend with no kitchen sink). Snaked the sink in a quick and efficient manner and cleaned up fastidiously. Very satisfied with service and would use again.

He is very good. He is reasonably priced. He is clean and timely. He is one of the better people I use around here. A plumbing supply dealership recommended him when I built the house. I use him for minor things around the house. He is limited in that he does not do everything that the city requires. They require that you have a backflow preventer and he doesn't do that so I had to go back to a plumber that originally did work when we built the house. Everything else that I've asked him to do, he has done very well. He worked on some plumbing on an outside waterfall and added some things. He basically has fixed things that needed fixing. Whenever I call I usually get an appointment in a very short time. I had a major problem with a water heater leaking and he came the same day and helped my housekeeper deal with that because I was out of town. He is very reliable. I will absolutely continue to use him.
