Donovan, Inc

The windows are wonderful.  Night and day they look beautiful.  The installers were very professional.  It’s the same thing with the sidings.  I cannot praise these installers enough.  Some of the custom work they did on our siding was just gorgeous.  We even had a policeman stop across the street, come over here, and ask those guys for a business card.  The roofers were subcontracted; I think they came out of Kentucky.  I don’t know what they were on; but somebody was out in 30 degree weather with no shirt on, rolling out of a truck with beer bottles falling out of them.  It just wasn’t a good sign.  The owner of Donovan, Inc. though, personally came out and made them finish the job correctly.  Our electricity bill was cut in half after we did all this.  Everybody else is paying $300, $400, or $500 electrical bills; we pay about $100 the year round.  We got 6 mm higher-end claddings.  They were absolutely awesome.  The roofing guys were not so good.  They have got wonderful products and they subcontracted some wonderful people to put that stuff in.  He did such beautiful work.  He cased in stuff and he did a like a raceway in the back for the electric lines that were coming down the back of the house.  Some of the trim he did around our front door is just lovely.  I would recommend them to my friends, but I would warn them about the roofing.  The materials were great.  I was a bit concerned about the guys that were subcontracted to put it on.  The boss man came out himself and was on my roof fixing it, so it makes up for it.
