At a time when covid hit, I lost my initial bathroom remodeler, and Compass picked up where the other company left off. Dylan and Garret were awesome...working full days until this project was done. I have more work for them in the spring!

Compass did more than drywall but couldn't select more than one category. They redid our master bath area, rearranging walls - adding a new linen closet, tile, two sink area. I was pleased with their work and their workers. They came when they said and made sure I was happy with their work. Would gladly have them back again .

We hired Compass Construction for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Just before work was to begin, I had an unexpected change in employment and we needed to put our project on the backburner. Chris did not hesitate to work with us on delaying the work and refunding our deposit. These folks are excellent to work within the best and worst of times. I cannot recommend them enough. Great to have such reputable folks here in the Tri-Cities

Job started 5 Jul and was told roughly 2-3 weeks. 26 Aug and is not half done yet. The quality of work so far has been exceptional, however, continuity and communications has been less than adequate. I forgot and sorry are commonplace. Though I am probably the exception, my experience has been filled with less than professional actions.
