He was wonderful. He was very thorough and did extra things that didn't have to be done per the contract, such as fixing my chimney and putting a decorative metal band around my chimney, as well.  He went out of his way.  I didn't have to clean up after him at all.

From the very beginning all we had was problems with this company. He would tell us that he would be here, and not come. He said that he would call us, and not call. He said that he was getting us quotes, and then a week later, still had not gotten them yet. He said he wanted to "make us happy", yet did everything contrary to that. Working with this company was a nightmare from beginning to end. We ended up having not only one skylight leaking, but two, after he got up on our roof and 'fixed' it. Then after trying to get hold of him, he offered to refund our money and let us get somebody else do it. We are still waiting on that refund after a month and a half. He now won't return our phone calls. We have since had to hire somebody else, who is eager to do a good job, and we have had to have the skylights removed. This was not a good experience with Diversified Contracting - Owner Luis Rodriquez.
