His work ethic is unsurpassed. During installation, several issues were discovered with the adjoining shingled roof, and he was able to take care of the problems. All work was accomplished in less than a day.

Chris Pine and his assistant did an outstanding job at a very reasonable cost. They were quick to take care of our problem and did as assessment of the entire roof to insure that the were no other issues. After several heavy rain and wind storms, there have been no additional leaks. Prodigy Roofing will now be my go to roofing company.

From beginning to end, Prodigy Roofing was informative as to the best process for my roofing needs. There was no pressure to create work that was not needed. Whenever I had additional questions, Chris Price was readily available with a quick response. He was very considerate, found issues that I was not aware of and after dealing with prior work from another roofing company, Chris was a breath of fresh air in having the attitude of "let's fix it right" without a negative word on the other company's work. We had a structural engineer examine and specify repairs needed to deal with water damage in our crawlspace.  Unfortunately, he was not able to determine the source of the leak without tearing out all the siding in the area.  Chris tracked down the source of the water leak  that  rotted a floor joist and subfloor, as well as a door frame.  This involved removing the vinyl siding and trim from the gutters down and looking for signs of water intrusion.   He and his crew replaced the floor joist,  were able to remove the existing large floor tiles without  breaking or damaging a single one, replaced the rotted subfloor, removed and replaced triple header, installed metal sill pan/flashing prior to installing new french door, and  numerous other things necessary to complete the job.  During the repair process he found an electrical wire that had been nailed through which we were unaware of.  He made a quick call to an electrician who was able to come out and quickly repair the problem.

In addition to all that, they sectioned off their work area (which was in the dining area of our kitchen) so that no dust or debris would travel through the house.  And they cleaned up after themselves and hauled all debris off the premises. 

 Prodigy has done two previous other projects for us and did a wonderful job, so there was no question about having them come in on this one.  We could not be more happy with the results achieved.  

Chris Price did a great job in a timely manner with a group of courteous, professional employees. I was pleased with the job and the clean-up afterwards. He is an honest young man with an excellent work ethic. I would recommend him to anyone needing roof work done and would use him again for any future roofing needs.

Prodigy Roofing did a fantastic job on our new Metal roof. It looks great and we love it. A few months down the road we thought we had a leak but with Chris's help we found it was not the roof leaking. Chris drove a good distance and completely checked over everything just to make absolute sure that his work was done right. He spent a considerable time looking and did not charge me anything. We have and will continue to recommend Prodigy to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

Chris is a great guy and really helped us out when we were in a pinch. He came out promptly and was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The quality of the products he uses and attention to detail goes above and beyond what we were expecting. Hands down I will use him again should we require any further roofing repairs or replacements.

Chis was up front about when he would be able to come out since we had rain in the forecast. He was in constant communications with us. He repaired our damaged roofing and put up secondary shielding. Very polite and honest. Would hire him again for any roofing projects.

My husband and I are both very pleased from beginning to end with the work and the professionalism of Prodigy Roofing and Chris Price. The estimate was detailed and explained to us that it would be a roof repair and not a patch. Mr. Price made additional trips to meet with our insurance adjuster which did end up covering some of the cost. The repair was completed in a day and there was very little left to show there had been a repair there and nothing for us to clean up. We had asked for Prodigy to paint some flashing since they were up there and when they went to complete the project they discovered our flashing had been installed wrong and the paint would not last but offered to fix it as close to new without installing new flashing. Mr. Price only charged us for the materials and a nominal fee for himself and his employee and they were here all day and really made a difference.  It's January 5th and I am happy to say with all of the rain and wind we have not seen anymore waterspots and I can say our roof is repaired! I highly recommend Prodigy Roofing and will use them in the future when needed. Update Febuary 22nd, we have now experienced a weeks worth of sleet,snow and rain and roof is still leak free.

Chris either answers the phone or returns voicemails very punctually.  He notified me of the days and times he would arrive, and he did so.  The repairs were completed rapidly, and he offered advice on some future needs which I should address over the next decade.
Prodigy Roofing is a refreshing change in regards to contractors.  Other roofing contractors had recommended full replacement of our 30 year roof after only 12 years.  Chris was able to look at the same roof, examine the problem areas other contractors determined required full replacement, and instead offer a common sense, honest assessment and repair.

Approximately two months after Prodigy Roofing installed our roof, we had new gutters installed by another company. After the install was complete and the company had left, I noticed that they had damaged several of the new ceiling tiles. I immediately called Chris at Prodigy Roofing, and he sent someone out to replace the tiles. The job took about one hour to complete. When I asked what I owed him he said "nothing". I told him I fully expected to pay, because this was not a warranty issue, and was in no way the responsibility of the roofing company. The answer I got was : "that is what you get when you do business with Prodigy Roofing". I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

Chris Price of Prodigy Roofing is a true professional and a real pleasure to work with. He guided us through the whole process, including the choice of the best shingle alternatives, all the way to the most logical choice for our gutter replacement. The crew showed up early, and although bad weather was a threat all day, they stayed and finished the job. We could not be any happier with our choice of both Prodigy Roofing and the product they recommended as well as the quality of the work they performed. Highly recommended!

The job was supposed to be a simple roof repair.   They had done work for us previously and we were extremely impressed with their professional service and attitude, and courteous behavior.  Chris  came out to take a look at the area of concern and gave me an estimate for the work, which was very reasonable.  We set a date for the work and they arrived first thing in the morning and got to work.  Once they started removing the siding they found the water damage to several sections of OSB sheeting, and discovered rotten wood around and under the door.  There was also damage to the sheet rock on the interior side of the wall with the water damage.  Chris was careful to point out all the damaged areas and advise us what needed to be done.  I was thinking I was going to have to call another contractor to deal with this, but Chris said he could fix everything for us.  Fortunately for us the studs were just wet and hadn't softened at all, so they set-up a large fan to dry it out, which took until the next day.  They had to remove and replace a section of wood under the door which was accessible only from the crawlspace, but when they were done all the rotten wood was gone.  They replaced the rotten door, fixed the issue with sheet rock (even painted it after they were done), and put the siding back so that you would never know it had been removed.   I would call them again if we ever have another roof issue, knowing that they can also handle repairs to the structure beneath the roof as well.  Finally, they removed all the debris (and there was a lot of it) and cleaned the siding so no one would ever know they were there.  If you ever need repairs to your roof I urge you to give Chris a call.  You won't regret it.

After wind damage to a corner of the roof Prodigy came out on the first warmer day and replaced the damage. Because of the colder than usual winter it took longer than they would have liked to get to me so they replaced the shingles at no charge. I appreciate Chris and the Prodigy crew, they care and do a good job.

Chris was very responsive, he came and made repairs the same day I called.  Very professional with a great personality.  I'm hoping I don't have a major roof replacement in the near future, but if I do, I'm sure going to call on Chris to do the job.

Tornado coming and wouldn't you know it, the high winds are lifting the shingles right off a section of the dormer. I was paniced! Here it is after 3:00pm and I know if I don't do something right now, when the tornado does hit, my roof is toast. I called Chris and he called me back within a short period of time. After explaining my concerns, (fears really!) he tried to catch one of his guys, who had already left for home. He called back  and said he couldn't get him but he would come. Within 45 minutes he was there and did the repair. Above and beyond what (I believe) most roofers would have done. Can't thank him enough! At least now, when the Tornado does hit in the next few hours, I have a fighting chance!

I called for an estimate and Chris was out the next day. Impressive response time. He was very helpful to provide the information needed. I have never dealt with a roofing company before and expected this to be a nightmare (it wasn't). They came out and completed the roof replacement in 1 1/2 days. Again I am impressed. They even clean the gutters for you. I definitely recommend them to my family friends and everyone else. Don't go with the big dogs, go with Prodigy Roofing!!!
