A very positive experience / the real deal! Owner Bob Wood is punctual, professional and a very pleasant, faith-based guy. The work was done in almost no time and done well. We are more than pleased with Diamond 1 and do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!

Service was excellent! There isn't much to say except that Mr. Wood came out and did exactly what was asked of him, in a very professional manner. We had just purchased a foreclosed home and we weren't getting hot water from one of the water heaters. Bob confirmed the elements were burned out (probably my fault when we discovered a water leak at the meter and shut it down until it was repaired.) Bob presented the options of replacing the elements or replacing the heater. Give the 13 year age of the heater I decided to replace the entire unit, and Bob did so very professionally and economically. I'll definitely be calling Diamond 1 Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Very quick response. Inspected the problem and gave plans to be fixed and answered all questions. Came back and did this all in one day. It required machinery aka Bob Cat, licenses, scheduling,etc.

Called Diamond 1 Plumbing at 09:00 and Mr Wood arrived at 13:00. He has done excellent work for me in the past. He removed the old cracked toilet in the garage and then removed the toilet from the master bath which he then installed in the garage. He then installed a new toilet in the master bath in a total of 1hour and 20 minutes. The work was done in a professional courteous manner. I highly recommend his services.
