I called on a Wednesday to report a small leak under the house. He as here at * am the next morning and had the problem fixed by 9:30 am.

Very quick response time. They came to look at the job the same afternoon I called, and came back the next day to do the work. They were very polite and professional. The job was done well, and they cleaned up and hauled off all the scraps and garbage the job produced. I will definitely use them again, and refer them to my friends and family. A++++

Troy was right on time. He was neatly dressed and clean. He was friendly and helpful w/suggestions, when asked, about remodeling our bathroom. He was less expensive than other quotes we had.

I own some rental property and have been in need of finding a good professional plumber, so I called Kinchen's Plumbing Service and spoke with Troy (Owner/Plumber) and met up with him and within 20 minutes he knew what the problem was, some how one of the members living there had put a rag down the drain pipe. He flushed my pipes out and pulled the problem out as well. I have used him a few other times on my other properties. He does great work and he is the only plumber I will be using.

I was having the hardest time to find a plumber that would be on call for me when I had issues, but since I have found Kinchen's Plumbing Service I wont be needing to call around all day. I have used this company a few times and have told my friends about him as well. I had a remodeling job I wanted done in my bathroom and it only took him two days to do it and was there first thing in the morning when he said he would be. He had to take my bath out and put in a shower,I told him what I was looking for and he went and picked up the shower and shower doors and material for me, he even painted the wall and put up the trim too. He cleaned up behind himself, I called around before finding Kinchens Plumbing and the prices everyone else had was more then I could pay. It looked so great when I walked in to see the finishing project, wonderful!!!!

I called Kinchen's Plumbing Service and told him what was going on and he was at my house within 20 mintues. He told me that my toilet needed to be pulled and the wax ring needed to be replaced, he pulled it and showed me the wax ring that was there and it looked bad, now I know the reason for the leak. He replaced the wax ring and reset my toilet and was done. I was pleased with the service, the price and how fast he got out to my house. Kinchen's Plumbing Service is by far the best plumber around...the only I will ever use.

I was told to call Kinchen's Plumbing Service so I did and the owner/plumber came out and within ten minutes he knew what the problem was and had already located the problem. The people that done the so called plumbing before just ran the sink and dishwasher drain line right out in the front yard about six feet and didn't tie it into the main drain line. After he was done he fixed my yard back the way it was before he had to dig. Mr. Kinchen found the problem and showed me once he had located the problem so I could see for myself. He is a professional that I trust so he is the only plumber in my book.
