The contractor, who had reroofed our house satisfactorily, was hired to renovate a poorly used space and turn it into a large bathroom with whirlpool, 2 sinks, toilet, bidet, etc.
We were generally impressed with the quality of the work until it was finished and sewage started leaking through the ceiling into our kitchen. It turned out his plumber sub-contractor did not properly install the toilet sanitary line.
The leak was fixed quickly but the damaged ceiling was not repiared. At this writing we have been trying to get him to respond for more than a month and he seems to be ignoring our calls.
