Over the summer he got all the moles that were there to be got. He knows where to look and where to set the traps.

So far the activity in the attic has disappeared. We now use them for regular pest control for roaches and spiders so they will check roof rat traps and look for further activity on their quarterly pest control visits.

Chuck came out and was great he put the traps down and we caught two moles within a couple of days. We were going to go for the $400 year guarantee, however they have a new $40 monthly plan for outside pest and insect control. They only do an outside spray and we actually prefer that anyway. It includes the mole and animal removal and we get that for a year too. We did the monthly plan and couldn't be happier. Chuck and his brother are great !!!!

Chuck and Chris were prompt and professional and I was impressed with their service.  Chuck came out the week prior to give me an estimate and he was really fair in telling me the problem and giving us a good deal.  He's very experienced and wasn't daunted by our job.  He dropped a written estimate by the house for our review and then came out as promised yesterday.  They arrived early and worked in the blazing heat all day.  They followed up this morning bright and early and set the traps in the attic.  They cleaned up any exterior mess and were very friendly and efficient.  They give a 1 year guarantee and they follow up weekly to check the traps.  I will use them in the future if the need arises.

Chuck was prompt and professional.  He arrived at the house before I did and started assessing the situation.  There was a hole on an inside wall and I appreciated him telling me he didn't want to fix the interrior wall because he wouldn't do as good a job as someone who does interior work all the time. After setting traps, he regularly called and came by to check on progress. On a Saturday morning, two baby squirrels came in the house through the hole in the wall.  I called Chuck and he quickly came over, took the babies and found someone to rehab them.  I really appreciated it because while I didn't want the squirrels, I also didn't want to kill a couple of baby squirrels! So far, no more squirrels. Work is guaranteed for a year. The price may seem high but it's comparable to other companies. 

They did a great job with the initial job.  The best thing about Wildlife Solvers is that they will come back out anytime we call them because of new critter problems.  We have had a hard time keeping the squirrels and roof rats out of our attic because of how our house is built and because some of our siding is rotting.  We probably called Wildlife Solvers over a dozen times in the past two years and they always come out within 24 hours and they have NEVER charged us beyond their initial fee.  There are a lot of shady businesses out there in this area, but Wildlife Solvers can definitely be trusted to guarantee their work and provide great service.

Implemented sealing across exterior points of home to ensure wildlife can't access the house. WOrk was completed, but we had to use the year long warranty several times as additional rats were heard. WS had to come back out to put additional sealing tactics. No rat activity since.

I can not say enough about Chuck Miller and his associate Chris.  They completely took care of a rodent issue I had 3 years ago and they continue to follow up and come back when ever I have any potential issues.  They are extremely responsive and professional and really know their stuff when it comes to solving any wildlife issues.  Highly Highley recommend them.

Contacted Wildlife Solvers due to birds in the attic and nests on columns under porch roof.  Chuck gave me an exact appointment time and arrived a few mins early.  He inspected my attic spaces and determined how the birds were getting in.  He then looked at the outside nests and determined they were no longer active and could be safely removed without disturbing any birds.  Chuck explained what needed to be done to correct the problems and gave me a cost.  I requested the work be done and we scheduled a day and time.  Chuck arrived a few mins early and the job was quietly and efficiently completed.  There is a lifetime guarantee on the dormer repair and a one year guarantee on columns.  Extremely satisfied with services provided and would not hesitate to call Wildlife Solvers again.

Moles have devastated my lawn over the past three years. I have tried everything, except trapping.... and probably spent well over the one-time removal amount in the process. As a last resort, I contacted Wildlife Solvers via Angie's List. Chuck Miller was right on time for the initial appointment. We promptly agreed upon a one-time removal fee of $200. He Immediately set a trap in the front yard and in the back yard. He returned 24 hours later and removed a mole from each trap. He speculated that was probably all the moles in my yard at this time, however, her reset the trap just incase. He is to return in a day or so to recheck the trap. Should I again experience moles in the future, I would most certainly call Chuck.

Wildlife Solvers helped me out last year and told me to give them a call if anything needed follow up.  Over the past few weeks we had been hearing something on the roof and noticed an area of the roof where shingles were displaced and underneath, a hole was being chewed in the soffit.  I patched it 3 different times but each time, something [raccoon?] came back and made it worse.  I gave the guys a call on Monday morning and they were there by the afternoon to check things out.  After they verified that whatever it was was no longer in the house, they proceeded to patch the roof and, best of all, didn't charge me a dime as they were holding true to their prior promise to follow up.  A++++
