I have been with this company since 2008 and would noot change a thing. I was really excited when Billy came to house .he was first person we met back then.he always popped in and checked on us. Now hes back in the field. Best one they have.

I cannot even get them to come to my house. I am a long term customer and at least on this matter, the customer service is terrible. I get their call center on the phone and over the last four days, they have repeatedly said I was next and keep "my cell phone handy. The service tech would be calling me. I have not heard or seen anyone from Service Experts. I have spent a lot of money with Service Experts over the years and am member of their "advantage plan". This does not seem to matter. They even said they tried to contact me the other night and no-one answered. I have no record of this on my cell phone and would be glad to produce the records.

Stay away from this company as they do not care about their customers. I made an appointment for 2 Nest thermostats to be installed in my house. My appointment time was 12-2 PM. No one showed up or called. So I called them back. They then told me that my time had been updated to 2-4 PM. Once again, no one showed up. I called back and now they say my appointment time is 4-6 PM. At about 5:30 PM I called back and said this is ridiculous where are you guys. They told me that my appointment had been transferred to an on call status meaning that a tech would come that night but it could be at any time. I said no thanks and cancelled the appointment. Later that night about 8 PM a tech called me and said can I help you. I asked what he meant and he said he was just paged by his company to contact me. I explained what happened all day and how angry I was and he apologized and said he would call me first thing in the morning and get a new appointment setup the next day. I said ok. The next morning no phone call. Never heard back from him or his sorry company again.
It's sad. Nest only has 2 recommended installers in the Memphis area and this company is one of them. I should have gone with the other company, Conway.

It was a total waste of money. I would certainly never recommend this outlet to anyone ever again. I advise anybody to just steer clear. We called them and they sent another fellow and he arrived 47 minutes late. His job was to inspect our heating and air conditioning system which was working fine but it is getting pretty old and when he did, he went up and then inspected the furnace upstairs and we spent 12 minutes up there and came down and he said the capacitor was low in activity and while he was up there, we did not find this out until later that he left loose wires up there in the furnace. Then he went outside and he said "you're air conditioner is low on freon" and we said "well, can you add some more?" He said "no I can't do that" and we did not find out until later that he unplugged our air conditioner outside. So we sat and sweltered for the next 24 hours in more than 80-degree heat inside the house until we finally called a reputable company and they came out and put things right. This fellow was incompetent and I would certainly never recommend him to anyone. What they did was leave us without any air conditioning whatsoever. I do not call that service. We paid in advance but we got nothing for it except grief and sweltering heat.

They gave us a time frame, called before they came, and arrived within ten minutes of their call. The people I work with provided me with good feedback on them and I chose to contract Service Experts for my heating and a/c unit.

We had them do the yearly check up on our systems through their Angie's List deal program. They are professional and answer all questions that you may have. We did buy thier maintnence program after having to have some parts replaced this year. The only negative for me was the constant phone called the first year. So, unless they have changed that, you may want to tell them right off the bat to take you off their calling list.

The service provided was good, they found other things that needed to be replaced. However, after their service within a few days the non service unit next to the one they worked on, stopped blowing cold air. I am not saying they did something to the unit, but I did call another service for repair and they had to work on it, but it was a simple issue. This cost an additional $150.00. Initially there was noting wrong with either unit, I just though that it was time for a service call since the discount price looked good.

We came home from a vacation and our air conditioner was out completely. We called them and they had somebody come out on Saturday afternoon and gave us an estimate on it and within couples of days, they were installing it. Later on, we had the outside unit go out on a Friday and they came out on Sunday and put a new one in. We were really happy with them, which is why we did the contract with them.

After paying for an annual service contract in April, I requested an annual check up for my air conditioner. I was told that the next available date was in August (I requested service in early May)! I cancelled my contract.

I have used service expert over the years. They are always timely and available on 24 hour notice. I find their prices reasonable. They don't offer unecessary services. The one issue I had is that after a few years when it came to a larger job I wasn't able to deal with the service provider. Instead my job was priced by a sales person wh tried to upsell me and delayed my service as a result. Other than that I would have no problem recommending them. They have always been reliable and professional.

When I called I spoke with a very helpful woman named Pam. The technicial, however, seemed confused about the pricing--The billing and coupon process was very unclear, but they handled it the best they could and we resolved the problem. The service was very good and I would definitely use them again.
