Nailed-It 901 Account Representative Daniel Johnson was very professional from initial contact to project completion. He answered every question about roofing construction, materials techniques and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with interactions with the insurance company in seeking and successfully submitting a claim for storm damage. He made himself available for any and all meetings and/or phone calls with the insurance adjuster or their ladder assist being able to document and point out the areas of damage. He managed to set the size of the crew to remove and replace our 56 square roof in a single day with outstanding performance. The crew did an an amazing job on cleanup and respected the property. Clearly 5 * performance on all counts and where it counts.
