Memphis Physical Therapy - Bartlett

I had surgery for a ruptured Achilles tendon in July 2012. After healing was complete I started at Memphis Physical Therapy whom I chose based on closeness to my work and reviews I found on the Internet.



The initial process to get appointment and Insurance set up was easy as most of it was completed over the phone.. I went 2-3 times per week for 2.5 months. The exercises were sometimes strenuous but worked in getting my ankle back to where I could walk without a cane. The advice given me was also a great help.



I would use them again if I had another injury requiring physical therapy.

Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and I have learned so many exercises that will help my recovery and will help with future exercising.

The results were very effective. The therapy went great and the staff is excellent.

They are wonderful. They are very professional and very caring. They do good work. They really try to do your therapy, so that it's geared to your specific need. They also check in to make sure the exercises are helping you improve. I was so pleased that I cooked them lunch and took it to them!

Diagnosis was correct and treatment took care of the problem after approximately 10 visits. Both PT's that I worked with were competent individually but also worked well together. They also made it a point to equip me to avoid further issues.

I had an episode of extreme pain in my left shoulder while driving. My doctor said it was arthritis, and prescribed pain medication. When I asked if physical therapy would help, she said yes. I requested a referral to Memphis Physical Therapy because they helped with a similar problem a year ago. The whole staff is friendly and communicates extremely well. The therapists were able to identify the problem, and recommended specific exercise and actions to strengthen the shoulder and minimize the pain. After several visits, there is no pain, and I know what to do if it returns.
