Ed was an outstanding real estate agent. I bought a home after having moved here from Austin, TX a couple of years ago. I received excellent service from the company as a whole. This is not a giant corporate agency. Ed was out of town when I was ready to start my initial search, but his associate Lee McWaters, was equally as helpful. While not involved in my initial viewings, Ed proved invaluable in handling all the inspections and negotiations for the final sale. Ed came to me highly recommended, so I knew I could trust him with all the details. He has been an agent here in Memphis for over 30 years. He had excellent recommendations for all the various companies that are necessary for inspections. Everyone he suggested did an excellent job. The home inspector recommended a separate service call for the HVAC units, by a professional. The company Ed recommended found that one of the furnaces was cracked and inoperable, and that one of the coils was leaking. Ed was very sure that I got a reasonable reduction in the final price ,to accomodate the work that I now have to do, to bring the system into working order.
