It’s a family business. I’ve used them for well over 10 years.  I would highly recommend them. I have compared prices and they are very reasonable. I used them another time for an emergency. We had a pipe burst, it had nothing to do with their work, but they came right over and replaced the pipe.

Arrived at exactly the time they said.  Worked smoothly.  Completed in a timely manner.
Came in exactly on estimate.

Glenn McNinch came out to locate the Freon leak and gave me an estimate on a Thursday. The unit was still cooling enough to get by. Two installers came out the following Monday and replaced the furnace and A coil which was leaking. They did very good work and had the new unit running and cooling within 4 hours. They were punctual and polite.

I have not one single problem with my unit now that I have replaced the coil. This was a little while ago that this was all taken care of, but, everything has been just fine. I remember having this service completed. Mcninch was very kind. They explained to me my options and explained what they suggested as well. I went ahead and had this done. No regrets because everything is fine as can be.

Our new furnace works really well. The guy who installed the furnace was really nice and was very careful around our children and pets. He was able to get our furnace in and ready for us to use in just four hours. They also included a couple of years of pre-season maintenance when we purchased our furnace with them.

We chose this company because they are the very best around our area. They have been in business for a long time. They came highly recommended to us from more than one person. We were very pleased with how well we were treated. The guys who did the installation had no problems. They knew exactly what they were doing. They made sure we knew exactly how the new system worked before they left. We would recommend this company as highly as they were recommended to us.

We have been a loyal customer for 30 years so that should tell you a lot about the service we get. They come out quickly and get the job done. We spent $500 on this last repair, but it saves us on getting a new one.
