Caleb came to inspect and give estimate within a couple of hours of my call to the office. Caleb spent a lot of time on the roof inspecting the condition. He had an estimate to me in a timely manner. The work was completed in a timely manner. The workers on the roof were professional and polite. Caleb was on the job site multiple times during the job. He came an inspected the finished job.

Very easy process. Caleb Delee worked with my insurance adjuster, guided me through the process, was on site during installation, all times given were met, crews were very professional and everything was cleaned up better than before. Ben Raburn and Elite Roofing Solutions are the ones to call for truly excellent solutions! Yesterday (March 21 2019) his crew completed my new roof in one day and came back this morning to clean up. This is the SECOND roof Ben has done for me ...the first one was 7 years ago on another house and Ben’s professional knowledge guided me in choosing a beautiful roof for a large house. He provided the same expertise in helping me select this beautiful GAF dimensional roof. I also know if there are any issues later that Ben and his guys will address and get them fixed. Elite is the best!!

Ricky Hunt held my hand from beginning to end. I had a million questions which he answered honestly. He left shingle samples and answered even more questions. I went with the architectural shingles he suggested and am very happy I did. On the scheduled installation date, he and his crew showed up on time, worked efficiently in removing 3 layers of old shingles, and left my property in great shape when they were done. Mr. Hunt even came out the very next evening in the pouring rain to reconnect a vent in the roof that had shifted during the installation. I feel like I have made trusted friend who I would definitely recommend.

Jeremy & Ben were a referral from a friend. Ben (owner) answered the phone the first time i called and scheduled an inspection. Jeremy showed up and made us feel very comfortable throughout the insurance process. We went from stressed about the entire situation to not having to worry. Jeremy & Ben both ensured the process was flawless! These guys went above and beyond what we could have expected! They even handled the sheet rock repair on the interior. Every person from the roofing crew to the interior crew was very professional and made sure our property was taken care of. They are a great local company that takes care of their customers. Our roof was almost 21 years old. Typical suburban 2400 sq ft home - single story - etc. We accepted several quotes. Mr. Ricky Hunt was by far the most knowledgeable of the product and the process. We were very impressed with the level of detail that he discussed with us. He also expressed a sincere interest in taking good care of our property during the work. Elite's quote was not the lowest, but we felt like they were the best choice. Ricky was great at communicating with us before and during the work. Lets face it folks, this is an ugly messy job. My wife and I are serious gardeners and our yard is not roofer friendly! Ricky was present the whole time and made sure they did the best they could to avoid any damage to our plants and landscaping. They were pretty careful and spent a lot of time cleaning up and searching for nails. We were impressed with the quality of the work. Everything looks nice and neat, straight, etc. They even painted the plumbing stacks to match the shingles. We elected to add the ridge vents and those were installed nicely. They added drip edge, valley sealing, and used upgraded materials compared to the original roof. The roofing crew was very pleasant, seemed focused on doing good work, were confident, and took some pride in their work. Their team addressed any repairs or flashing replacement required as well. So, we are happy so far. Ricky was great to work with and seemed very intent on assuring us a good experience and a roof that will keep us nice and dry for many years. We have no hesitations in recommending Elite. We chose the GAF shingles, btw, they offer a very comprehensive warranty...and they look great!

(This is an update for my previous F rating). Requested a quotation. They indicated failed telephone attempts. Received an email with apologies 11 days later for the delay indicating that they do not do drywall work. They offerred to refer me to another contractor. Can’t rate their work, only responsiveness. Email correspondence was professional and apologetic.

The project manager Kyle was very professional and made the whole project go smoothly. He checked on his crew throughout the day and when they finished he made sure everything was picked up and put back in place. The crew was also professional and accommodating. Jon (the owner) did a great job of assessing a leak in our dining room quickly. He didn't try to sell me a new roof. He fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Elite Roofing Solutions.

I called Ben on a Thursday, and the job was completed by Monday afternoon. He was clear in his communication, as he offered a fair estimate range and date of completion. I would certainly call him for any roofing services in the future.

Showed up when they said they would; did what they said they'd do; started raining & they made sure everything was covered with a tarp before leaving - even called when rain was over to make sure we were ok; finished up when they said they would; could not speak higher of the workers & everyone we came into contact with at this company.
