We're lucky to have East Memphis Home Services and Josh Ray as our HVAC contractor. He has my complete endorsement. I have contracted with Josh on many repair and maintenance jobs on my old home. In an industry where almost everyone is looking to make a quick buck, Josh is a breath of relief by offering fair prices and ways to save money without cutting corners on the job. Josh has helped our system become much more reliable than before. But when something inevitably breaks, I don't need to stress much about it knowing that Josh can fix it.

Josh is simply amazing.  He is personable and cares about his customers.  He found a simple problem where another company had told me it would be a massive problem.  He started with process of elimination to find the issue and then discussed with me what and why he was doing it.   He also made me aware of what to look out for next that might fail in the unit so I can be prepared.
This is not the first time I have used Josh.  I used him a couple of years ago when my heat exchanger failed.  It was freezing outside and he worked late to make sure I could have heat again in my house plus found a way to make sure my mfg warranty would cover the repair.
