The worst customer service I'veexperienced from a "professional" company. I interacted with three different individuals, from the technician to the higher ups, and every one of them was rude, unhelpful, insulting, and unprofessional to say the least. AND my gate still doesn't work. I could actually deal with the unrepaired gate and would've given them multiple opportunities to correct the problem, but I will never use a company that would speak to me in the manner that these three different individuals did. My husband also tried to politely address the gate problem as well (one week after the initial interaction) and he too was treated with incredible rudeness and disrespect.v The individual on the phone actually told him, "good luck getting anyone else to help you with your gate." I would hire someone from across the state at my own expense to avoid dealing with this company. To put it mildly they were Unhelpful, had poor service, didn't come the day they said they would, were hassled that I dared to ask the technician to give me a call as a heads up before he came, were insulting, and just flat out ugly in their interactions.

Great! I called last night and left a message that my gates were not closing. A repairman arrived at my house at 9 am the next morning. I have been using this company since 1991. There service is the best I have seen.

Pros: They responded quickly to my questions and request for a quote.
Cons: Their responses were Incredibly unprofessional. I asked a few very normal questions about what to do with my existing equipment and about whether there was any price flexibility (since I had lower quotes from other contractors). Their responses were rude and indicate an unwillingness to be helpful. They want to do what they want to do, and does not seem particularly concerned with helping solve their customer's problems.
