We called to get the advertised 49.95 air duct cleaning. After they arrived the estimate was over 1400. We ended up just getting the main areas done for 475 which was still a far cry from 49.95. Once they started the one guy shows us a picture of our blower motor and how terribly clogged it is and says his manager is authorizing him to offer us to clean it for an additional 183. We declined and decided to clean it ourselves. When we pulled the blower motor out the next day, it was not the blower he took a picture of! Now we aren't even sure if they cleaned the ducts or not.

I waited 2 months for an appt. I prepaid for. They scheduled appt in a huge window of 10 am- 8pm. I waited until 8:30 pm to call customer service and ask "where my tech was"? They did not answer. The tech finally called at 9:30pm and stated he would be at my home within the hour. I was very upset and asked him did he think it was professional to show up at a home at 10:30 at night. He said he wold make it up to us and return between 10 am and noon the next morning. I called out of work and took off a 2nd day and again the tech did not show or answer my calls. I called the company and was forwarded to a voice mail. I left a message stating the horrible customer service we had and broken promises. We did not receive a return call until after, I wrote the BBB to advise other customers of this issue. The owner of the company called to schedule a 3rd appt. I advised him how upset I was and that I was hesitant about taking off work a 3rd day. He promised he would make me happy so, I agreed to give them another chance.  I took off work a 3rd time and was let down a third time. I called the company owner and advised him the tech had not shown up. He stated if I would let them schedule again he would provide $200 worth of free sanitizing treatments and deodorizer treatments. Due to my sons asthma and the absolute need to get this done ASAP. I agreed once more. He scheduled for the following week. I took off work for a 4th day and again they were late. I called the owner he stated they were on the way. I waited and waited. They finally showed up in a Nissan pathfinder with no equipment and spent only 30 mins in my home. They took off the vent covers, vacuumed the top of the vents, ran a hose down the dryer, sprayed a can of spray in 2 vents and left. They did not go under my home to get to the main unit or visit the outside return for the dryer. 
I have had this service preformed at my old home and know from experience this service takes a minimum of 2-3 hours. The last company pulled boxes of debris from my ducts and showed me video of the service. They changed my vent filter and had tons of equipment.  Not to mention a professional van and company shirts.
I am disgusted with this company. My baby boy is suffering every night with asthma attacked due to the dust and mold build up in the vents.  I scheduled another company but it will be 5 weeks before the appt. I am begging you not to use these people they are unprofessional untrustworthy horrible people!

This company offered a steam clean discount Groupon that my wife bought. Our carpet is 13 years old, admittently dirt and needs to be replaced. We wanted a steam cleaning to get us by for a bit longer before replacement. we have done this with other providers several times. Upon arrival their immediate push was to upgrade the package we got to a more expensive service. they explained the "basic" package we purchased via Groupon wouldnt do much of anything. so they sell a service then tell you it isnt worth purchasing. We simply wanted it cleaned, no stain fighter package or anything like that. So, they did their "basic" package cleaning of 5 rooms plus a stairway, my entire house, in less than 10 minutes. We cannot even vaccuum our home with an ordinary vaccuum in rhat little of time! You couldnt tell they did anything. Then they left. My wife called me upset and told me how little they did then called them to come right back and do the job right. In addition to the $59 we spent for the basic cleaning Groupon, we had to spend more than an additional $200 more to get the job actually done. Their groupon offer is clearly misleading and their hope is to upgrade you upon arrival, so much so that when you tell them no, in my opinion, they initially provided a sub-par service in order to get you to spend more. For the money we ended up spending, I likely would have chosen a different provider on the front end. I suppose it is an example of "you get what you pay for"

At the end of June 2013 I bought a Groupon (#11424-JK) and called the number listed on it to schedule (888-258-2021). The groupon was for "Air-duct cleaning for up to 10 supply vents, one return vent and one main line." The appt. we got was for August 2nd, between noon and 5 PM. At 1PM two young men showed up. They said they had to "check for mold" first in the HVAC unit. We have our two HVACs regularly cleaned, so I didn't expect anything. They took a look at a black area, "mold spores." Given my wife is highly allergic to mold, I asked her advice. She came down. Looked at it, took a big whiff and said "There is NO mold there. " She is so sensitive that when we had water get into the house and mold began to grow BEHIND some of the wood edging the floor, she knew it. She is good at detecting mold. The mold remediation company at that time offered her a job, sniffing it out. Said she was better than the dog they used. I told them we could have the work done, we'd sign off on anything relative to their belief in the mold. They declined. Said, nope. They couldn't do the work we'd already pre-paid Groupon for.

We knew it was cheap, but given Groupon's reputation and good customer service didn't hesitate to buy it. We are going back to Groupon (a) to advise them of this company's bait and switch practices, and (b) get our refund of the $35 we'd already paid. This company is falsely trying to get customers to buy more than they need.
