Called James on Wednesday, told him the problem and what the last repairman did. James ordered the part and arrived to install on time Friday. James did find a couple other issues with the dryer ( I expected this as last repairman was kinda shady). James fixed those issues and still was less than I paid the last guy. Seemed very knowledgeable and finished the repair quickly. Will definitely use again.

Found the problem quickly and ordered part for repair. Also showed me
how to clean my intake water screens fast.  These fixes have made my
washer almost like new. ( did not  improve on the scratches or dings )

James has done many jobs for us and we have always been very pleased with his work as well as the cost.  We started using James in July, 2013, and have used him for painting, as well as many handyman repairs since that time.  This time he went above and beyond the normal to work with a very difficult  tenant . We are very happy with his professionalism, his work ethics, his promptness in addition to  the quality of work and cost..  We are VERY satisfied with him, and will continue to use him in the future.
