Two different crews worked on our products due to need to order and return with a part. Handoff between two service technicians was non-existent. Second crew did not know what first crew had done. Had to make 3 phone calls to determine if problem detected by first service technician was, in fact, addressed. Return phone calls were also non-existent despite commitments to do so by company representatives. When oven racks were removed for diagnostic testing, they were replaced improperly which I found out the next day when I was baking and the rack slid forward while containing a hot baked item. Accident was avoided but could have been dangerous. All this was reported to the office manager who seems professional and reliable and evidently was out during my two weeks of interaction with the company. On the bright side, the service technicians came when promised and seemed to have good technical knowledge of our products. I would use them again unless I could find others who have knowledge of our products. Price is good.

They have a $94.00 drive charge to come to our home.  I feel they are a little bit pricey. 

They were helpful in selling me the unit, but I'm unable to get it to work properly even after reading the instructions.  I then called and was told that it would cost me $80 for them to come out and take a look at it.
