Building Site Preparation and Clearing
$500
Hired to level a pool area and a garage. Pool is 4-6 inches and garage is 20 inch out from level. Paid $500 and did not get anything but moved around dirt. Has cost me $500 more from garage contractor cause it is now un-buildable on. Has said he would fix but have been waiting for over a month and nothing but promises. Do not hire this person and pay up front.
