On September 9,2020 we paid Mr. Fetzer, Eastanallee Garage Door, a deposit of $1000 for a new garage door. He stated it would be about 6/8 weeks because of Covid. Never heard from him. Started calling him in November 2020..left many, many messages. No response. As of today, March 27,2021. We have never heard from him and he still has our $1000. We are senior citizens on a fixed income. We trusted him. No integrity!!!

Squirrels had decided they wanted into the garage and had chewed through the fiberglass door. The screw driven opener began to slip and required manual lifting. Mike Fetzer had been recommended to us, when possible I try to use a local business both for ongoing support as well as supporting the local economy. We reviewed options with Mr. Fetzer (owner) and selected a top-of-the-line solid steel insulated with inner steel wall garage door and a Liftmaster belt driven opener. The door was ordered for custom fabrication, it arrived on scheduled and was installed. The Liftmaster was a stock item and was installed after the door. The installers (Mr. Fetzer and coworker) arrived as scheduled, removed and replaced items in a timely manner, removed all job debris, and provided operating instructions and maintenance recommendations. The new door looks good and is very quiet (operation can not be heard in rooms adjacent to garage).
Our previous opener had a wired controller mounted by the garage door inside the garage (convenient), the new opener did not support a second wired controller, Mr. Fetzer mounted a battery operated remote opener by the garage door inside the garage as a functional replacement ( no additional charge). The new opener has an option that allows control by computer and Smart phone but I have yet implemented.
Very pleased with quality of work and material of Eastanallee Garage Door and I would use again in the unlikely event that they would be needed.
