David Lowe Roofing

This is our retirement home and we still live in Tampa, FL so David was able to coordinate delivery and installation. It is on a remote hilltop that is not easy to access. David did a wonderful install and offered some changes that made better. Not a guy to just replace a roof. He wants it right also.

Total job, required two days. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and what they found. They arrived on schedule and went straight to work. A large trash bin was delivered and placed adjacent to the roof on the driveway, all waste went into the bin. Post job, they used large wheeled magnets to recover any loose nails. Overall very pleased with the quality of work and the workers.

The workers arrived at the appointed time and the clean-up was good. I was not at home while the work took place, but everything seemed fine, except one of the workers left an empty water bottle in the top of our drain spout...discovered this during the next rainstorm. I had a question about the air vent, and David came back to explain how it was constructed - - very obliging. Good experience, overall.

They did an excellent job, I am really pleased with their work. Their pricing was reasonable.

I had no problems or issues with them. Just good feedback, kept me informed on what was going on.

It was a positive experience. They came when they said they were going to come. They worked solid and got it done. We've had no problems. They were professional. They did a good job.
