We will definately be calling Arentt's again! Three weeks after buying our home,we had a problem with our condensation pump working intermittantly and then not at all. This caused our nice dry walk in crawl space to quckly become very wet. Arnett's was suggested by a new aquaintence and had an A rating on Angies List. After calling them when they opened at 8am, they were here in about an hour. They quickly replaced the old pump which stopped the water leaking. They also checked out the duct work, the operation of the heat and cooling unit, and recharged the freon coolant. In addition to this regular service, they offered to route the drain tube from the pump into the drainage system from the gutter system that directed water from the house. The drain tube had been laying out next to the house making a wet mess to walk through. No more wet mess! We are very pleased with their fast and professional service and will definately call them for our next heat and air issue. Cost of pump $84. Cost of service/labor $115. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Arnett Heating and Air. The owner's name is Tom Arnett. They're great about coming out. You just call them up and they're there. They came when I was out of town and my wife was here by herself. The overall experience was very good. The price was competitive. They are very responsive and they do good work. They are very professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

They are always available when you need them. They are not cheap, but they are reliable. They are the best in town.
