Came onsite as sub contractor and did not know how to complete this task.

We are currently buying this home. The seller contracted with this company to make the needed repairs. We received the invoice stating that the repairs had been completed. When we did our walk though before closing, we realized that half of the items on the invoice that had been paid for had not be done. One item that was completed will need to be redone as I am assuming that it was improperly completed. The instruction was to take some exposed wired on the external of the house and properly terminate them in a junction box on the exterior. Instead, the wires have been shoved into the wall and the hole filled with sealer. Being that this is a high current breaker, unterminated wire in a wall seems like a major risk. From this one experience, I would not trust anything this company touches. Whether they employed a subcontractor or have staff, they do not produce good work and overcharge for their services. Please avoid them!
