Will not accept credit cards (significant upcharge) or modern forms of payment. Employee left water hose on while I was out of town-flooded my basement causing extensive damage. Now wants over $600 in late fees and I received a letter from "law dog" attorney threatening legal action. I am a 1st responder and work 13 hour days-I am not home much. I would just avoid all this drama and go with a higher rated pro.

Terrible, absolutely the worst customer service you could ever imagine. I have never been treated in that manner by a reputable company. I would have to say this is one of the worst companies I have ever had dealings with. My advice is to avoid this company like the Plague...
